Returns

Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It's possible that you may not receive your order after the order has been made.

Our policy is for 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your product, we are unable to give you a refund or exchange.

You can only return a product when it's unopened and in the same condition as when you first received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
